We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you via email regarding out-of-stock items, offering the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU) and selected international destinations. Available shipping regions will be confirmed during the checkout process.
The estimated total delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is placed until it reaches your door. The total time consists of two parts:
3.1 Order Preparation (Processing Time): 1-4 business days. 3.2 Transit Time: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after dispatch.
TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: 6 to 14 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays). Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet them, slight variations may occur due to high demand periods or unforeseen carrier circumstances.
Items are dispatched either from the Sneaker Essentials Central Warehouse or from the warehouses of our authorized brand partners, ensuring the fastest delivery possible. In all cases, Sneaker Essentials (sneaker-essentials.eu) remains the sole official seller and your exclusive point of contact for all customer service, payment, and warranty matters.
5.1 Order Processing Schedule: We process orders Monday-Saturday during business hours, excluding national holidays. 5.2 Address Changes: You may update your delivery address any time before your order ships. 5.3 Special Deliveries: We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via postal services.
6.1 Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. 6.2 Shipping Insurance: All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage up to the order value.
All applicable sales taxes are included in displayed prices. Import duties and taxes are covered in your final order total, meaning you will not face any additional charges upon delivery.
8.1 Delivery Delays: If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance with carrier investigation. 8.2 Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled during processing or preparation stage. Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy (Section 6) for detailed information on terms and any potential fees.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For discovered damage after acceptance, please contact our Customer Support team.
