3. Product Information We sell only authentic, performance-grade sneakers. All products are guaranteed Grade A* and 100% authentic. We recommend users look up size charts before ordering. We recommend sizing up for comfort.

8. Shipping and Delivery 8.1 Total Delivery Time: Our estimated total delivery time (processing + transit) is 6 to 14 business days. Sneaker Essentials (sneaker-essentials.eu) remains the sole official seller for all products and the exclusive point of contact for customer service. 8.3 Costs and fees: Shipping is free on all orders. Taxes and duties are included in the final price.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal 9.1 Right of Withdrawal (Non-Defective Products): Customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason. 10. Order Cancellation 10.1 Cancellation: Orders may be canceled at any stage before they are dispatched for a full refund, with no cancellation fees applied. 10.2 Shipped Orders: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. The item must be returned via the 14-day return process.
